class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u4ec0\u9ebc\u662f\u9031\u7e96\u9054\uff1f<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9031\u7e96\u9054\u662f\u5168\u7403\u9996\u6b3e\u6bcf\u9031\u4e00\u6b21\u6ce8\u5c04\u7684GLP-1 RA\u6e1b\u91cd\u85e5\u7269\u3002\u5176\u4e3b\u8981\u6210\u5206\u70ba\u53f8\u7f8e\u683c\u9b6f\u80bd\uff08Semaglutide\uff09\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u589e\u52a0\u98fd\u8db3\u611f\u3001\u964d\u4f4e\u98df\u617e\u3001\u523a\u6fc0\u80f0\u81df\u5206\u6ccc\u80f0\u5cf6\u7d20\u3001\u6291\u5236\u5347\u7cd6\u7d20\u53ca\u5ef6\u9072\u80c3\u6392\u7a7a\u7b49\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u9054\u5230\u6e1b\u91cd\u6548\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u9031\u7e96\u9054\u7684\u7279\u8272<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u76f8\u8f03\u65bc\u5176\u4ed6\u6bcf\u65e5\u6ce8\u5c04\u7684\u6e1b\u91cd\u85e5\u7269\uff0c\u9031\u7e96\u9054\u6bcf\u9031\u50c5\u9700\u6ce8\u5c04\u4e00\u6b21\uff0c\u63d0\u5347\u4e86\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u4fbf\u5229\u6027\u548c\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u4f9d\u5f9e\u6027\u3002\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a66\u9a57\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u9031\u7e96\u9054\u5f8c\uff0c\u53d7\u8a66\u8005\u5e73\u5747\u9ad4\u91cd\u6e1b\u8f15\u7d0417%\uff0c\u5e73\u5747\u8170\u570d\u6e1b\u5c1113.5\u516c\u5206\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u7d04\u67091\/3\u7684\u53d7\u8a66\u8005\u6e1b\u91cd\u8d85\u904e20%\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u6e1b\u91cd\u4ee5\u5916\uff0c\u9031\u7e96\u9054\u4e5f\u6709\u6539\u5584\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u597d\u8655\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u9031\u7e96\u9054\u53ef\u4ee5\u5c07\u91cd\u5927\u4e0d\u826f\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u4e8b\u4ef6\u98a8\u96aa\u964d\u4f4e\u7d0420%\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u526f\u4f5c\u7528<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e3b\u8981\u70ba\u80c3\u8178\u9053\u4e0d\u9069\uff0c\u5982\u5641\u5fc3\u3001\u8179\u7009\u3001\u5614\u5410\u548c\u4fbf\u79d8\u7b49\u3002\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\u901a\u5e38\u70ba\u8f15\u5fae\u4e14\u66ab\u6642\u6027\u3002\u82e5\u51fa\u73fe\u4e0d\u9069\uff0c\u5efa\u8b70\u8207\u91ab\u5e2b\u8a0e\u8ad6\uff0c\u4ee5\u7372\u5f97\u9069\u7576\u7684\u8655\u7406\u5efa\u8b70\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 underline\">\u80a5\u80d6\u8207\u904e\u91cd\u4e4b\u9ad4\u91cd\u63a7\u5236<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u505a\u70ba\u4f4e\u71b1\u91cf\u98f2\u98df\u53ca\u589e\u52a0\u9ad4\u80fd\u6d3b\u52d5\u4e4b\u8f14\u52a9\u7642\u6cd5\uff0c\u9069\u7528\u5c0d\u8c61\u70ba\u6210\u4eba\u4e14\u521d\u59cb\u8eab\u9ad4\u8cea\u91cf\u6307\u6578 (BMI) \u70ba\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u226530 kg\/m2 (\u80a5\u80d6)\uff0c\u6216<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u226527 kg\/m2 \u81f3 &lt;30 kg\/m2 (\u904e\u91cd)\u4e14\u81f3\u5c11\u60a3\u6709\u4e00\u9805\u9ad4\u91cd\u76f8\u95dc\u5171\u75c5\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u8840\u7cd6\u7570\u5e38 (\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u524d\u671f\u6216\u7b2c\u4e8c\u578b\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5)\u3001\u9ad8\u8840\u58d3\u3001\u8840\u8102\u7570\u5e38\u3001\u963b\u585e\u6027\u7761\u7720\u547c\u5438\u4e2d\u6b62\u6216\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u75be\u75c5\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u505a\u70ba\u4f4e\u71b1\u91cf\u98f2\u98df\u53ca\u589e\u52a0\u9ad4\u80fd\u6d3b\u52d5\u4e4b\u8f14\u52a9\u7642\u6cd5\uff0c\u9069\u7528\u5c0d\u8c61\u70ba 12 \u6b72\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u9752\u5c11\u5e74\uff0c\u5408\u4f75\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u80a5\u80d6\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u9ad4\u91cd\u8d85\u904e 60 kg\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7528\u65bc\u5177\u6709\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u75be\u75c5\u4e14\u8eab\u9ad4\u8cea\u91cf\u6307\u6578 (BMI) \u2265 27\u202fkg\/m<sup>2<\/sup>&nbsp;\u7684\u6210\u4eba\u75c5\u4eba\uff0c\u964d\u4f4e\u767c\u751f\u91cd\u5927\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u4e0d\u826f\u4e8b\u4ef6 (\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u75be\u75c5\u6b7b\u4ea1\u3001\u975e\u81f4\u547d\u5fc3\u808c\u6897\u585e\u3001\u975e\u81f4\u547d\u4e2d\u98a8) \u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7528\u65bc\u6b63\u5e38\u6536\u7e2e\u5206\u7387\u4e4b\u5fc3\u81df\u8870\u7aed (HFpEF) \u4e14 BMI \u2265 30 kg\/m<sup>2<\/sup>&nbsp;\u7684\u6210\u4eba\u75c5\u4eba\uff0c\u6539\u5584\u5fc3\u81df\u8870\u7aed\u75c7\u72c0\u8207\u5176\u6709\u95dc\u7684\u8eab\u9ad4\u65e5\u5e38\u6d3b\u52d5\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u4e26\u964d\u4f4e\u5fc3\u81df\u8870\u7aed\u4f4f\u9662\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u8ab0\u4e0d\u9069\u5408\u4f7f\u7528\uff1f<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u672c\u8eab\u6216\u5bb6\u65cf\u6709\u7532\u72c0\u817a\u9ad3\u8cea\u764c (medullary thyroid carcinoma, MTC)&nbsp;\u6216\u7b2c\u4e8c\u578b\u591a\u767c\u6027\u5167\u5206\u6ccc\u816b\u7624\u75c7\u5019\u7fa4 (multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2, MEN 2)&nbsp;\u7684\u75c5\u4eba\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u66fe\u7d93\u5c0dsemaglutide\u6216\u9031\u7e96\u9054\u4efb\u4e00\u8ce6\u5f62\u5291\u56b4\u91cd\u904e\u654f\u8005\u3002\u4f7f\u7528semaglutide\u66fe\u901a\u5831\u56b4\u91cd\u904e\u654f\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6025\u6027\u904e\u654f\u53cd\u61c9\u53ca\u8840\u7ba1\u6027\u6c34\u816b\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u4f7f\u7528\u6ce8\u610f\u4e8b\u9805<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u4f7f\u7528\u9031\u7e96\u9054\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u5efa\u8b70\u4fdd\u6301\u826f\u597d\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u7fd2\u6163\uff0c\u5982\u591a\u559d\u6c34\uff0c\u4ee5\u5e6b\u52a9\u4ee3\u8b1d\uff0c\u4e26\u907f\u514d\u9ad8\u6cb9\u8102\u98df\u7269\u651d\u53d6\uff0c\u4ee5\u6e1b\u5c11\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\u7684\u767c\u751f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u7d50\u8a9e<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9031\u7e96\u9054\u7684\u554f\u4e16\uff0c\u70ba\u9700\u8981\u6e1b\u91cd\u7684\u4eba\u5011\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u7a2e\u65b0\u7684\u9078\u64c7\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u85e5\u7269\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u90fd\u61c9\u5728\u91ab\u5e2b\u7684\u6307\u5c0e\u4e0b\u9032\u884c\uff0c\u4e26\u642d\u914d\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u98f2\u98df\u8207\u9069\u7576\u7684\u904b\u52d5\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u9054\u5230\u6700\u4f73\u7684\u6e1b\u91cd\u6548\u679c\u3002\u82e5\u60a8\u8003\u616e\u4f7f\u7528\u9031\u7e96\u9054\uff0c\u8acb\u5148\u8aee\u8a62\u5c08\u696d\u91ab\u5e2b\u7684\u610f\u898b\uff0c\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd\u5b89\u5168\u8207\u7642\u6548\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3
